no they are about the same size, and also my pygmy angel wont leave him alone, he keeps chasing him around....sould i just let him settle in??

I'd be more concerned about getting the rainsford to eat than anything else...
 
well the rainfords has been in my tank for about a month now and he looks great, ive never seen him eat anything like pellet food or my twice a week mysis shrimp, but i see him always picking up sand and spitting it back out which i guess is his way of eating :good:

Keep an eye on his stomach, if it looks sunken in, I'd get him some Nori or other seaweed algae suppliment.
