Sinking Pellets

anyone recomend a good sinking pellet food for cichlids,fish wont eat the cichlid gold from the surface

hi there. i find my cichlids do well on the normal king british cat fish pellets. hope this helps

Depending on where you are you might be able to get the cichlid gold sinking type. Otherwise the fish should learn to come to the surface. Just keep trying and remove what they don't eat after a bit.

what kind of cichlid are we talking about?

most cichlids end up coming at the surface after a few days.

I get mixed pellets off ebay - a mix of bloodworm, green lipped mussel and shrimp, same seller does a vege pellet and high growth pellet too. All my fish seem to do well on these (apart from the eels).

Depends on the cichlid - some are bottom feeders.
