I have this silver dollar that have the worst bacterial infections - mouth rot, cloudy eyes and finrot.

I tried a bunch of things including: Daily water changes, Salt ,Metronidazole and Fungus med...nothing have worked

He needs a whole lot of aquatic plant to chew on, he looks like he has a poor diet. He also looks like he could be an older fish. He should look like these when fed the correct diet;

Apparently
doesn’t make it :(

My guessed is that the overstocked water qualities

This tank is severely overstocked including:
3 plecos (L001, common and albino)
2 kubotai loach
1 chinese algae eater
1 black ghost knifefish
1 clown loach
1 angelfish
And a silver dollar

Take a note that this tank is from LFS advices 2 years ago.
In your opinion, how overstocked this tank are?

The fish looks terrible. As itiwhetu said, it looks malnourished and needs feeding up.

The eye looks like a cataract, which occurs in old fish.

What are the tank dimensions (length x width x height)?
How big are the fish?
How often do they get fed?
What do they get fed?
How often do they get water changed and how much gets changed?
Are the any live plants in the tank?
What is the nitrate level in the tank?

Just a single CAE can "overstock" a tank...and clown loaches should never be kept singly...nor the SD's...3 plecos?
If this was stocking "advice" from an LFS, they certainly had no idea how to properly keep fish.

He doesn’t survive

Wait...it’s cataract?
I thought it was cloudy eyes?

Stunt growth: pleco is about 6 inches angelfish are about 4 inches high

Everyday, algae wafer

As of rightnow 60% daily water changes

No live plants

I will tested it tomorrow

It was long time ago before I joined the forum, don’t know what to do with the fishes.

All of my friend are also listened to the store and what happened?
He got a lungfish in 20 gal tank.

You can read this thread by me, it’s the story about Thailand fishkeeping market.

Are you sure it was the good idea to add live plants in the tank? time my silver dollars ate all the anubias.

WOW...much too small of a tank for the fish you have

I would avoid that LFS in the future....do you know any other fishkeepers who have adequate space for these fish?

Not here anyway, 95% of people I’ve met don’t know about nitrogen cycle :(

Sad situation, but a good lesson for others...RESEARCH is key before starting a fishkeeping hobby.

It's a little bit overstocked but because you are doing daily water changes, that will help a lot.

This happens a lot and it's not your fault, it's a bad pet shop that just wants to make money at any cost. It happens in every country around the world, money talks and most people want as much as they can get and will do just about anything to get it.

Maybe in a few years you could open an aquarium store and advise people on the correct way to set up a tank and how to stock it with suitably sized fishes. Until then, just tell your friends about the filter cycle and encourage them to join a forum to learn as much as possible.

With the white bit in/ on the fish's eye. Cataracts are where the black pupil should be and they turn it white. This occurs inside the eye.

Cloudy eyes are where the outside of the eye turns cream or white. This is usually cause by poor water quality or a physical injury. If it's only one eye that is cloudy, then it's usually an injury (scratch or something like that). If both eyes are cloudy then it's usually a water quality issue.
