Calgary Alberta,
my silicone holding some small rocks on broke and my tanks all setup with fish in it, so I was wandering if there is something else I could use to hold the rocks on, because I can't see myself draining over 3/4 of the tank and letting it sit for 24 hours while silicone dries

I've heard of a sealant that is silicone based but can be applied underwater for emergency repairs, etc.
I'm sorry but i have no idea what it's called or if you can get it where you live :/

All I know is on the many online UK fish sale websites I've visited of late I've seen a sealant glue type goop that sets UNDERWATER.

Now that sounds like what you need so at least you know it exists.
