Sick/ Stressed Vieja Malenurus

hi everyone, this morning i woke up to find my v. malenurus lying on his side with heavy stress bands, this is not a water quality issue and has nothing to with incorrect parameters, he is not being bullied by any other fish and has no injuries i have checked for white spot and i am yet to check for a few more, common diseases, i was hoping maybe someone had a possibiliy in mind of what it could be?
