Sick Guppy?

long, white, stringy poo. Here's what she looks like:

She's acting fine otherwise. She had another trail of poo just like this for a couple days. I startled her and it fell off, but now I see she has it again. Any ideas? The water parameters are where they should be. Water temp is about 77. 15 gallon tall heavily planted (awaiting fry) that's been established for several months. No others have it. There are a dozen females in this tank, most are preggers. Wait, there are 10 females and two tiny males (they hopped on the other side of the fence last week).

Anyone know what this could be, and should I worry?
