They are round little things so I wouldnt know if thier spine was bent anyway.. they both are still eating without trouble at all.. they are actually pigs and try to steal the fry's food out of the breeder net when they see me feed them.. Finny was hiding alot yet when I tried to catch him he was at the top trying to beg for food!

My hubby told me they have been pecking at the plants in the tank but I assumed it wouldnt hurt them?

I have anti fungal stuff and primafix or something like that.. Should I put some in with them?

You really need a bacterial med for the wound.
Something like myxazin by waterlife or anti internal bacteria med by interpet.

The pimafix says it treats bacteria internal and external! Should I still buy something else?

Pimafix is only good on columnaris.
Yes I would buy either myxazin or pimafix.
But ti won't cure tb if that what the fish has.

I have pimafix.. I think I was misspelling it above.. I did take him out of the tank and put him in that small betta tank.. Problem being is it almost killed him.. he stopped moving around and didnt look happy at all.. My hubby made me put him back in the main tank as I was killing him in the small one.. Thankfully he is swimming about normally and had something to eat.. But that mark is still there and I am still worried that something bad is going on.. Should I add the pimafix to the entire tank??

go to lfs tomorrow and get anti internal bacteria med by interpet
then treat the whole tank

Thanks everyone.. I treated him and his friends and finny's head is starting to heal.. I am still not sure what was wrong but everyone seems happy once again!
