Sick Gourami?

Hi, i was watching my gourami and it went crazy and hit itself off the glass, it was unconcious and dident move for a minute then it suddenly started moving again. What was wrong with it and will it be ok?

How long has the tank been set up? What are the size and water stats?

The water stats are all perfect, the tank has been set up around a year now.
