Sick Fish

Hi im Paul had my tank (20G)  for about 3 years now had my ups and downs with some fish whitespot and such i have a 4 pink tetras and one has something wrong with it. It is feeding but i dont like the look of it i have treated tank with disease clear as a first i need help diagnosing the problem if anyone could help that would be great thank you.

To start, what are you water parameters, such as pH, chlorine, GH, nitrate, nitrite, etc., as this will help us diagnose the problem.

I do not know what this may be, and I hope others can tell you. Since you say you've had the tank for 3 years, it might be just that they are old.
