Don't test water for a least two hours after a water change. You will get a false reading.

How long has the tank been set up?

Is been up bout 7 weeks now hub my filter was sed from my previous tank. All I can think is that because of the amount of discus and frozen food gong it that it couldt handle it and is cycling. The water is clearing slightly now. I done the water change by 6 and tested bout 2 hour mark. I'll test again In the morn and hope it's clearer

Cut down on feeding till water is clear, and water stats are back to 0. (Ammonia and nitrite)
