So, this was hilarious to watch...

I dropped in a couple algae chips for my corys, and sat down to watch the tank and two of my ghost shrimp literally picked them up and ran with them into hiding. I couldn't believe it, I mean the chips are small...but geez!!

My shrimplets do that too xD So funny to watch them run off with a huge chunk of food.

My shrimp do the same thing, I have also seen them share a wafer with my plecos, I had to stop using " small " wafers because my Pearl Gourami was also pinching them and the snails, plecos and shrimp were missing out.

Yep, shrimps LOVES algae chips or wafers, my red cherries do battles with my assassin snails and endlers over these algae wafers.

It is funny to watch them run away with a piece of wafer and absolutley not for sharing

How do you like the ghost shrimp?    I am about to start a tank and I want to get some shrimp.  Might start with ghost because they are so cheap, maybe some cherries later on.

I went with ghosts because they are cheap, and big enough to not get eaten by my filter. I like them a lot, very active and fun to watch. Also, too big for my Denison barbs to eat lol
