I'm new to the whole fish tank thing and accidently got 2 very small translucent shrimp with our last fish. They have been the tank that is 2 weeks old for a few days now. They were acting how I thought active shrinp should act until yesterday when they are favoring the top of the tank. Not dead, but hanging out there and not too active. The tank has a filter that provides arration and is set to 76-78 degrees. I tested the water levels and everything seems to be okay. They've been given some "bottom feeder pellets once a day...maybe too much? THey are not being pcked on....should I be concerned? Anything else I need to be doing? Thanks

Do a 50% water change and see if they improve.

What are the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH readings?
