I had two bettas, neither of them cared.
And they breed like crazy too, but my cherries are busy climbing out of water
Very healthy looking shrimp! I have 3 pregnant females as of right now. The unfertilized eggs are a weird green/yellow color. Weird hu?

Your guys water conditions may not be right... my shrimp have never tried to climb out of my tank. I don't even have a lid on my tank.
My shrimp aren't trying to climb out, the mesh is for the betta
If you have a lid, why do you need mesh...?
