So i'm glad to say that my Shrimp only nano is finally complete. There will be no more additions of plants so i'm just going to leave the current ones to grow.
The Shrimp, well I love them. Feeding time is always entertaining for me, seeing them stealing pellets off each other brings a smile to my face.

Enjoy!

Towards the back centre there is also two shoots of Pogostemon erectus emerging form the substrate.

Nice!! Can't wait to see the grow out. I'm craving one!!! Shrimps are cute.

Looks really good m8 love the frogbit I've never seen in any lfs around here how did you get hold of it I would love some for my betta tank. :good:

That looks fantastic! well done. I'm just starting a shrimp tank myself (similar shape to yours). I have to ask though, when it comes to gravel cleaning, how do you get around that?

If it were me, I would use some airline tubing or They also have very slim line gravel vacs. I have one I use in my 3.5 gallons, and it worked okay on a 1 gallon.

I have not felt the need to vac the gravel yet, the fluval stratum is VERY dusty and if disturbed causes some mess. Would not recommend it apart form it giving plants good roots.
