Shrimp Molting Question

Can someone help me out?
 
I have two mountain shrimps and I believe they shed their skin as well but has anyone seen it take place because mine looks dead but its skin is shedding and its tail is moving. What does a shrimp look like when its shedding and is mine alright?

I have never seen one in the process of shedding only the empty shell afterwards.
If you look on Youtube and enter "shrimp shedding shell" - there are a couple of vids that show it happening.

They wriggle their way out of the front half first then suddenly shoot forward leaving the rest of the old skin behind
