My biggest amano shrimp sort of has a red colour on near the tail. could this be a problem? the new thing they've been having is algae wafers

nope.. juss some color coming out in the lil feller..

my skrimps change from reddish to blueish to greenish.. now they're blackish.. all depends on what they has been eating..

Would be worth checking on your water quality, and doing an extra water change, just to be on the safe side as well though. Shrimps are very sensitive.

He looks fine now :) i saw the skin which he sheded so i think that might of been what caused it

Yes, shrimps can look a bit odd right before they shed.

Make sure you leave the old skeleton in the tank, so the shrimp can eat it :good:

Oh, okay i remove it but that stops the trouble of me taking it out and risking it dropping on my carpet :)
