Should I Euthanize My Neon Tetra?

About 7 months ago my school of neons had NTD and I had to euthanize 3 of them and I have 8 now. I've realized about 3 months ago one of them had faded colors kinda like NTD but I didnt do anything now that I fed them I realized his spine was curved. He is my only neon with this and its not contagious as he has been like this for a while. My question is if I should euthanize him or not because of his bent spine.

If he is eating normally and managing to move around, I would not euthanize him. I have a harlequin rasboara with bent spine but he does fine getting around and eating . Let him live out his remaining days as long as he doesnt appear to be suffering.
