For those who ship or have shipped fish, I was wondering what company or service you use. Also, any tid-bits of info on shipping live fish would be helpful too if you want to share.

Live aquaria is good, we used it once and we only lost 2 otos (out of 10) :D

Don't trust aquarium stuffers, we ordered 18 or so fish and only have one left :X

Well the pinned thread is certainly informative on how to ship but it does not advise me on what company is best. I have talked to Canada Post and they say they will not ship live fish. There must be a few of you out there that breeds and ships fish to buyers, no?

Well, CTS, I think we are on our own. I suppose I'll ask UPS, Fedex or what ever 'delivery service' is in the phone book.

I'm quite sure I'll get pelted for this, but I would have a REALLY hard time shipping a fish. I can't even begin to imagine how that journey must be for them. -_-

I know you can ship live goods through FedEx but they will charge you more.

You could always wrap up the fish, put a "FRAGILE" sticker on it and tell them it's a procelain lamp in there though...

Whatever you do, NEVER, EVER use DHL. They are the worst company ever and they don't care a single bit about respecting deadlines and they certainly don't care about complaints.

Express Post shipped on a Monday would get to destination by wednesday or thursday if shipped to or near a city. Just lie about the contents and pay for next day or so
