Woke this morning to find a few of my female guppies acting strange. Just been down to my lfs who i know with a water sample in hand. Explained how the fish were behaving he said shimmy's straight away. So i bought a bottle of medication called Paragon oxygen tonic.
It says improves fish health
Raises redox potential
Breaks down organics
Has anyone else used this for shimmys. Will be getting results of water test later.

When you say they were acting strange, what exactly were they doing?

Just that female guppies do have some strange behaviour if they are about to give birth to fry (do any of yours look a bit bulging?).
