Alright here it is, now i think that if the jungle on the right has time to grow in and cover/hide the co2 tube and the filter intake and give everything a change to grow it might do nicely, but im still an amateur and it doens't look that good at the moment.
but thats why im posting here, so you guys can help!
for the jungle i just kind of put random plants everywhere and im sure there must be a way so how should i plant the jungle? i have these plants:
java fern
wisteria
apanogeton bulbs
cabomba
dwarf lilly bulbs
and so on
also i think all the plants will reach the top so maybe between the flat and the jungle i should put some java fern on a rock or maybe even add the center driftwood piece i use to have and add aja fern all over it
I think one really simple change you could make that would make a big difference is to change the background to solid black. It will show off the plants better.
Not done much aquascaping myself but looking at your pics I would say it looks loads better now. As for improvements, it looks like you've crammed all your plants into the right-hand third of the tank, if you want a graded effect from right to left you many want to fill out the middle with some medium height plants? Just a thought
Keep us updated of you progress, always useful/interesting to see what others do.
Well i added the java fern infront and on the side of the jungle so when it comes in i hope it'll give it that slope effect and cover/hide the roots/stems of the bigger plants
i just refilled my co2 with 1 1/2 cups of sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of yeast
maybe this one will last longer, i also added the liquid ferts again (after todays water change of course)
and great news! my one and only female platy is pregnant...or atleast i think! im looking around for a nice male platy to make friends with her but still no luck.
any comments and suggestions would be really great!
p.s: i know its a little blurry bit i kinda rushed it, sry!
