Sexing Half-Black Guppy Fry

Hi all,

I am new to breeding guppies, and wondered if it's possible to sex half-black guppy fry, seeing as you would not be able to see the gravid spot in females. Does it take a bit longer than usual, or do you feel it's easy? I have a bunch of babies in my tank, and am very excited to see them grow.

The fry need to be about 3/4 months old, when the males will develop the gonopodium.
