Nope. lol. It's just a matter of time and a bit of luck. Cons are probably the least pickiest Cichlid you can buy so should willingly pair given a choice of mates.

Well right now I got 2 pink female cons, 2 normal cons 1 male and 1 poss female, That should be enough choice for the male, what im worried about it my pink one is not a full convict, and is half blood parrot and half normal con, so would it still count as a con and still be able to breed with a normal con?
My lfs still has these pink cons as Red firemouths

Possibly, but i would try and move it to another tank so it isn't allowed to breed with the other pure Convicts.
