Severum Breeding

Hey all,
i have 5 rotkeil severums in my 150gallon tank and two seem to look like they wanna breed lol

they keep locking mouths all the time and have a litle tussle almost everyday now.

They did lay eggs once but they got eaten pretty quickly by the tank mates in my sig

i'm thinking of moving them into a smaller tank to see if they will spawn again but wanted some tips on what i should do and feed the fish whilst they are in the tank ?

If they are indeed a pair, then yes, in the current tank with those tankmates, the eggs wouldnt stand a chance and the stress on the parents trying to protect them would likely cause them to eat them themselves.

If you have another tank to move them too, that is large enough, then indeed move them over. You can feed them the same as you are feeding them now.
