Hey everyone! So I think at least one (if not two or three) of my amano shrimp might have a worm...it's like a white thing above their legs and it takes up a lot of their stomach...I can't exactly see a stringy worm...It looks like clouding INSIDE the shrimp, but not the normal clouding on the outside where they get it when they get old or are about to shed...I have 3 balloon mollies in there and I'm moving my babies over there right now...can't stall putting the babies in...Is this something I should be worried about? I don't want to kill the shrimp. Will it spread to my fish? All water stats are fine..temp is about 77, but I will be moving the heater back so it will be about 79-80...

Please help as soon as you can! I am leaving tomorrow morning. My mom, my brother, and my dad will be here because it's just me and my sis going up with my grandparents, and my mom can take care of them, but if I need to do something, I'd rather her not be the one that has to do it.

Thank you!
Meg

Go on google and look up amano shrimp with eggs...depending on the color of the shrimp is can look sort of like a worm. They carry the eggs under the body, but again that could look inside their belly. Does it look like the google pictures?

No they're definately not eggs..you know how they carry their eggs right on top of their legs? Well its like above that on the inside of their belly and it's longer...like it goes almost to their stomach

Thank you for your reply!
Meg
