I've read a lot about this stuff and want to give it a go but theres a question I can't find the answer to,can it be put in an internal filter? I know your supposed to put it in a little bag thats supplied I think, but I've got a Fluval u3 internal will it go in and how? do I have to leave one of the sponge pads out or the bio media,any help would be appriciated.

You can use it in an internal. I'd leave the bio media alone and put it where your sponges go. If you can't squeeze it in next to the sponge then cut the sponge to size to allow for it. The 100ml pouch isn't huge.
