Hi how often should i dose my 98 litre tank with this seachem flourish.ive got 3 bogwoods each with about 6 java ferns on them.thanks

Directions. Use 1 capful (5 mL) for each 250 L (60 gallons) once or twice a week.

Overall, Being that is true I would normally dose daily, Tiny drops a day in that cap would do it.

I would not do daily.  I have been using this product for six years, and you should dose once a week, following the water change, with the amount specified for the tank volume, or close (remembering that a 55g tank is not holding 55 gallons due to substrate, wood, etc).  A 98 litre is approximately 25 gallons, so you likely have 20+ gallons of water.
 
For 60 gallons, 5 ml, and this in half is 2.5 ml for 30 gallons.  A half teaspoon (the measuring spoon as in the kitchen) is 2.5 ml, so I would add this once a week.  I follow this in my 20g which has a few plants.  I don't know how exactly the nutrients are mixed up in Flourish Comprehensive, but I wouldn't go lower than this.  And give the bottle a bit of a shake before using each time.

I dose It daily in my 190 litre tank, approx 2.5ml. My tank is heavily planted though, and i also use Trace and Dino spit (excel equivalent)
 
In your tank with one the java fern i would dose weekly @ 2.5ml or twice a week @ 2ml
