Hi,

does anyone use this? Was thinking of using it but wondering if adjusting the ph is a good idea? My PH is 7.6.

Your pH is perfectly fine for Bettas - 6.0 - 8.0 pH. No need to use chemicals.

Betta Basics is a water conditioner which removes chlorine and chloramine and detoxifies ammonia - many other water conditioners also do this. It also "buffers water to pH 7.0" which is not needed. It is better to leave pH alone that try to mess with it. Use a water conditioner that just removes chlorine/chloramine.
