so ive noticed these at my lfs all the time, but havent heard much about them, i think there colors r a good addition to my tank. now i know that nudibranchs r extremly hard to keep in captivity, so i take it even if it says nudibranchs, there probably not. so then sea slugs, couple ?s.
1) whats their food sources?

2) r they reef safe?

3) r they fine in a tank with 2 clowns, sixline wrasse, scarlet hermits, diff. types of snails, and some soft corals?

thx hope u guyz can help me

Umm, nudibranchs and sea slugs both are exceptionally difficult to care for in a reef aquarium. I would NOT keep either in my tank. In addition to their difficulty of care, they have a huge danger in that most can "nuke" a tank. By that I mean if they die, their decomposing bodies can release toxins capable of killing all life in the aquarium.

Their challenge is that they have such a specific apetite and usually starve to death. Also, if mis-identified, they can wreak havoc on a reef aquarium as many nudibranch's pray on corals.

Pretty much the only nudi/sea slug I reccomend for a beginner is a sea hare if you have hair algae problems.

skifletch is right.
These creatures require critical feeding contidion as they feed on only 1 food source and will ignore everything else even to their death! each species needs its own seperate food source so keeping these creatures is 99.9% impossible in home tanks.
