Firstly are these sea monkeys kits you get for children just the same as the brineshrimp we rear for fish?/
also in these kits you get growth food to rear them in the sea monkey kits.
could this be used to rear baby brineshrimp to asults and feed these to fish??

Yes... They are artemea brine shrimp... they can be used to rear baby brine shrimp, but (IMO)... at a 10% success rate.... Ordinary yeast and green pond water is also recommended (with - more or less - the same success rate).... Rather buy brine shrimp eggs - much cheaper and just as difficult to rear.
