Scratch In Tank

Hi folks, first post, just got my first aquarium and was wondering if theres any way of getting rid of a 3/4 inch scratch from the front of it. Its second hand and in pretty good nick except for one scratch. Can it get polished up?

You could always turn it around and paint the back

As for repairing it, depends, is it glass or acrylic?

its glass mate. its deep enough to feel it with your finger nail and quite visible but not too bad

Yikes, I know that glass is very tough to fix, but I dont know how. Might want to try a forum search (especially in the DIY section) to find your answer. Wish I could be more help
