Scotch Stone

Hi,
I remember reading on here a few months back about using some sort of Scotch stone
in aquariums,the stone was readilly available from garden centres here in the uk,
there was also photos of the stone,
can anyone enlighten me ?

Yes its scottish pebbles they look like river stones and you can use them as substrate

The ones i remember seeing on here were large like boulders,
are they the same?

probably yea as long as they wont erode or buff you ph you should be fine...

give them the vinegar test
