Hiya
Im just wondering what the chances are of one of my Zebra danios surviving, he got stuck in between the ribbed openings on a plastic plant pot that i had left in the tank for a day or two (not normal practice btw it was half a pot of glosso that i was going to plant in another tank, i just put it in my main tank as i rearranged the other) the damage is quite bad id say he has lost all the scales for about a 1/4 inch all the way around his body in the area he got stuck, this area is now white and scaleless, he is able to swim and keep afloat but not acting normally for a danio (obviously shocked and injured) i have no idea how long he was stuck, it happened today sometime that i know for sure, he does not appear to have any obvious cuts.
So what would you reckon the fishes chances are, and obviously is there anything i can do to help him increase his chance of survival.
Thanks
