Sanitizing.

I have to sanitize my fish net and some gravel. What can I use that's effective but won't hurt my fish?

You could boil the gravel, or let it dry out (normally kills anything harmful to fish), or wash with a bleach solution (no idea on conmcentration, I think its 1 part bleach to 25 parts water )....

I'd boil the gravel and wash the fishnet in alcohol, followed by a very thorough rinsing of the net. Much less chance of poisoning fish that way.

you could use a sterilising fluid such as miltons which is for cleaning babies bottles etc, it does the same job as bleach but isn't quite as strong. You would have to rinse well.
