hi ive just seen some sandstone on ebay at £24.99 for 20 kg is this a good price and also is it ok to put in with new world cichlids such as blue acara and rainbow cichlids

no you dont want to be using sandstone ,limestone or marble

granit or slate is what you want for new world cichlids theres a seller on ebay who sells them i think it may be the same guys i think there called aquascape

Sandstone will raise your ph, so not advisable for NW cichlids who prefer lower ph and softer water.
