Clownfish Eggs are not black, here is a quick google search for "Clownfish eggs"

It could be a Stomatella, Snail, Limpet etc. Without better pictures/discription it will be hard to tell. It might pay to search a few websites or read some books if you want a proper ID.

The clownfish wil tend there eggs, keep that in mind. Also, you need to feed them really well and do waterchanges often in order to ensure that they have enought energy and resources to lay eggs.

I think the black I remember was their eyes or something. Its been awhile since I have been over there when they had eggs laid.
