salt and rainbowfish?

my one rainbow is in the hospital tank being treated for fungus can i add salt to the water? and can I mix the marcyn with ich treatment??

Well you have more fish than most rivers lol.
If i was you i would just stick to the fungus treatment, Dont be to over anxious to over treat the fish.
Fungi is easy treated and wont kill the fish unless left untreated.
