Rubbernose Plec

I got a couple of half decent snaps of my latest addition at last!

It must be getting used to me to allow me to take these pics, normally if I go anywhere near the tank then it darts off and hides. I'm hoping to see more of its nocturnal activities when I add some moonlights. Hopefully moonlighting will make it easier to feed too.

Its currently about 2 - 2.5 inches. I picked one of the smaller ones in the lfs tank.

It has made its home in the cave pictured...my danios used to swim in there, but now they hover in the entrance and dart off when the pleco moves!

I love Rubbernose Plecs. He's Tiny!!

I hope he stays that way too!! I'm conscious of my tank being rather small but thought I would give keeping a rubbernose a try.

Should be fine, they don't grow too big. Usually around 4"

I couldn't see him at first. He blends so well!

He's very cute, and I think he'll probably stay a little smaller than 4 inches. Mine seemed to max out at 2.5 or so
