Rough White Area On Zebra Snail Shell

my zebra snail has a rough white patch on its shell feels soft i think

it could be another snail has grazed some of the shell off. Or there might not be enoug calcium in the water and the shell is disolving due to low PH.

well the ph is around6.5 7 ish as the test strip says

test srips aren't all that acurate but if the ph is below 7 then it could be the snail's shell is being disolved by the acid water.
You should check the KH (carbonate hardness) of the water and maybe increase that. If you increase the GH (general hardness) it should raise the kH as well.
