COULD ANYONE LET ME KNOW IF I WOULD HAVE ANY ROOM FOR ANY MORE FISH IN MY PLANTED TANK. I WILL BE GETTING RID OF THE ANGELS WHEN THEY ARE TOO BIG FOR MY TANK (PROBABLY ABOUT ANOTHER YEAR AT THE RATE THEY ARE GROWING)

THANKS

Yep seems fine to me :D

Stick to small -medium size fish no biggies and just up the water changes to once every 3 weeks or whatever it is you do just now.

Smaller fish require a lot less oxygen

I CHANGE 1/1OTH OF THE WATER WEEKLY, WHICH SEEMS TO BE OK.
HOW MANY MORE FISH DO YOU RECKON I COULD HAVE IN THIS TANK?
I AM GOING TO TAKE SOME PICCIES TONIGHT SO WILL BE POSTING THEM SOON.
THANKS

first you need to explain exactly what "1 catfish" is

then you need to get more tetras harlequins and danios to bring the shoals up...

...and at least one more cory, preferrably 2-3 more

i think you are already pretty well stocked, and your angles will not be happy in a 12" high tank for another year. my smallest 6 month old angel has a span of 5" when his fins are spread. my largest is more like 8" in a year they will look like jaws in there.

24 fish (excluding the Angels) in a 22.4g is a little overstocked IMO especially with just a Fluval 3 filter :/

I would suggest trading some of your existing fish for those mentioned previously to bring the shoal numbers up and not going above 24 fish. If you want more fish you should either look at getting a bigger tank or a bigger filter (which doesn't always solve the problem).
You also need to start doing 20% weekly water changes so that any spikes are caught early otherwise you could end up with a big problem if something goes wrong.

Yeah, I was tearing my hair out while reading his posts. Caps is one of my pet peeves.

gee, we never ment to offend you :/

and please take it off..

and your tank is overstocked imo

If I counted it correctly, there're 26 fish in that 22 gallon tank. Not counting inches, but yea, definitely overstocked... So to answer your question...

NO MORE ROOM FOR ANY MORE FISH

Cheers,
