Rookie Question About The Forum

Can someone tell me how I can tell if a forum I stared received a reply?

(I feel really dumb!!! )

There should be a button when you start a topic, that says 'watch topic', click that, never used it myself, but I think its there somewhere

depending on teh forum skin your using the icon at the side will appear alot brighter, HTH
