are they a reliable as a company, as far as shipping, CS etc...? any particular experiences?

i'm not buying livestock. on the left of their homepage, click on "aquariums and supplies". i'm looking at the 60 gal. (2nd item) also any experiences with this tank or manufacturer?

never bought from them myself, but i'd imagine it would be fine, i mean, if its not, you can always get a refund

That depends on their refund policy really. Before considering ordering check out the details of their refund policy.

Avoid them. I won't go into particulars, as the name & shame deal is not my thing, but trust me.

i'm assuming you had a bad experience with them? could you elaborate?

the refund policy, lol. if i have to get refunded, i will lose $120 in shipping. that's why i also asked about the quality of the actual tank.
