Sadly got home after the weekend to find that my Betta is dead, by the looks of things he has got trapped in a floating piece of Riccia (sp?)

bit gutted as was only a day away from getting him into a bigger tank.

I've never heard of a fish getting stuck in riccia. What were the water stats?

I have no idea only him and shrimp in there, I sent him to his grave then did a major tank clean. Moving the shrimp out of that tank. He was getting stuck in it all week. Ive had to move the riccia every day for two days thinking he was just resting on it.
