Hi Guys
Just wanted to report on the death of my "wunder-Betta" Hermann. We had him for a year but he was old to begin with. Woke up this morning and he was flailing around on the ground of the tank.... by the time I ran to the kitchen to find some Melafix... or a net to get him up for some air, he was no more. Overall a very healthy and happy Betta always coming to the front of the tank to wave hello and beg for some bloodworms etc. My only regret is that he was never able to hatch any eggs in his bubblenests. He would mate with his females and then let the eggs fall to the ground and would not pick them up and place them in the nest. But despite that, he will be missed !! RIP Hermann !
