Rio Or Vision?

Looking for a new aquarium of 400/450L. I am wondering whether the (Juwel) Rio or the Vision is better in people's opinion? Am I right in thinking that the Vision is bowfronted? Does this make cleaning it harder and what about taking photos, does the flash reflect off the Vision even more?

Also, is Juwel the best option or is there something better? I have an Aqua One 190L as well, which is a good tank as well.

I had a vision and I hated it.

It is bow fronted, it is harder to clean, harder to photo fish and generally bigger than your rio (which made it harder for me to clean the bottom)

I would recommend a rio anyday - I have 2 and want another (but not allowed)

The vision is larger, but I believe a few cms taller, so if your not very tall, can make it tricky.

I have a 400 rio, love it, great tanks, just take out the internal filter and use externals, its a shame Juwel havent yet realised people dont like their internal and provide these larger tanks with a good quality external.

Hi,

I have rio 400 and vision 180 only downside of the vision is catching fish against the curved front they know where to go when chased with the net. Both great tanks, the vision 450 hold 50 litres more water than the 400 so go for it lol more water = more fish.

i have a rio and i know a friend that has a vision. for me the rio is better as the vision hurts my eyes after a while of looking at it. might sound strange but it does.

Thanks everyone, I've decided to go with one from ND Aquatics now Well, I will be. So 5x2x2.

I think I prefer the straight glass ones anyway, though a bow fronted corner tank looks good

I loved the look of the vision until I owned one lol
