Tizer i have a mad male that loves current, he swims against it most of the day, i turn it off and he sulks

So Tizer, i showed my husband that Oscar video I think he got just as much enjoyment watching it as you did posting it in the betta forum.

Well, its still alive and found a corner of the tank to make a bubble nest. Got a bit shirty with a cory the other day and chased it around the tank a bit, not suprised though, they were in breeding mode and going utterly nuts around the tank themselves.

They are a very curious little fish, as i was painting the back of the tank the other week, he kept peeking at me, so i slapped on some paint between us and he would move along the tank again. I've also noticed he comes to visit my hand when im digging around moving sand or plucking out dead leaves. Odd little fish

He's pretty, his fin isn't too bad compared to some tattered ones you see at a fish place near me.

what DID she think the oscar was going to do??? Play scrabble? Share a bowl of spaghetti a la Lady and The Tramp?? Delicately nibble its fins off then pick its teeth with a fin-spine?? Sheesh. Stupid people - there's millions of 'em The feeding of live fish to predator fish doesn't offend me - they don't eat fish flakes in the Amazon, after all. But the sheer unholy glee of the person feeding the fish disturbs me. I always suspect people like that would enjoy a spot of dog or bull fighting as well.
