So, have Ich in my QT tank. Annoying. As I was already planning on swapping substrate, I took all the fish out, took out the gravel, gave everything a good rinse and put sand back in. I'm hoping that will shorten the time I have to deal with it.
Question is, do you reuse buckets or gravel vacs on your main tank? I'm running water through the vac outside right now and plan on pumping 15 minutes of water through it. The bucket has been rinsed well too. Should I still not use them in the main tank any more?
