Your sewellia looks almost longer than my adults. I think it's the camera angle might be adding to that effect. What is the gastromyzon? on the glass?

I love my sewellias! I have 2 or 3 "new" fry that are probably almost a year old. They might be the slowest growing fry ever! But always fun to see them.

I believe the bottom fish is a Sewellia albisuera
I think the other is technically undefined...

but they can be hard to identify from the bottom

Yep, that's why I asked, lol. I had 3 gastros that looked similar from their undersides...but that's not a good way to ID them.

lots to learn about these fish, many have not been fully identified... the top one in this picture also not fully identified, ( just goes by Bloody Mary, in the trade ) and the lower one gets bigger than the info on it says... I have one that is bigger than this one, at 6 inches ( quite large for a Hillstream )
