All My Plants Arrived this morning and i just finished replanting the tank after 3 hours.

I boiled a bag of 30 Almond Leaves for 1/2 hour kept the water full of rich almond goodness, to use as a conditioner for fighters and gouramis.
Then Slowly Layed them out on the gravel.

The spent an hour putting together the Vallis bunches and deciding where the plants were going to go.

The Fish love it and have been exploring all the new plants non stop.

Ohh and Also some shots of my new Find - Another Tailess Angel, But it looks like it has been bitten off as the edges are very rough.

Wow, gorgeous tank as usual, Gill!
How big is it?
Cheers,
GobyMaster

Thanks, It was the 90G that the Arow was in.
My Little Brother came home and said he really likes the Leaves on the bottom, and the way the fish swim in and out of them.
I'm in 2 minds about the Bala Sharks, they look out of place in the tank now.

Looking good Gill. Very green fingers you have.
Aye, I'd get rid of the Balas now, because they're going to need a bigger tank anyway (get big and need to be kept in groups).
I'm sure you know that already though.

do you have cories in there because if you do I bet they love it and if you dont you should get a big shoal of them or a bunch of african dwarf frogs :good:

Normally a 75 gallon is the bare minimum, this is a 90 so it should be okay...

VERY NICE GILL!!!!!!!!! I was wondering, wont the leavese rot ? I was told that they will rot and the water will get foul, and you'll have a nitrate spike. Also, how are you keeping thje bamboo alive? I thought it had to be halfway submerged!!!!!!!!!!!

Great looking tank Gill, love the leaves on the bottom! :good:

Thanks Took a while for them to break down a little before they would sink + I found somewhere Local that has a huge range of Manzita Roots Stumps for under 6quid each.

I only have 2 Green Cories int here, but they are loving all the new caves to explore. And I've asked MA in Harlestone Heath to try and get me some Pygmy Cories that would Love the Leaves. And Also Clown Killies that would make a Good Contrast.

I have left the leaves int here and they dont rot as the fish will constantly nibble on them and the apple snailes love to eat them. Never had any problems with them before. Been using them as a Conditioner for over a year now in different Tanks. There is Nothing Left but the Central twig thingy after a few weeks of being in there. I have another 3 Large bags of them So i Dont Need to worry about not having any. I ge them off Ebay from MosyMo.

I've added a litre of almond water this evening and the tank is alot darker. the gouramis are loving it and swimming around dancing with each other.

I noticed that my guppies are not swimming around much and are resting at the surface, some are gapsing. but i gues they are adjusting to the acidity levels

when it comes to ur tailless angels, id say it is the betta doing it.mine did it to my angel that was 3 times his size!

yet another fantastic tank Gill :good:

You must have a real gift for aquascaping or something because your tanks always look so natural and beautiful.
