Removed And Added Filter Media

i removed about 1/3 litre of media and replaced with about 1 litre as i had space
, how long will it take to be to full powered bacteria, or what every u would call it ?

removed Eheim bioMech Mechanical (flat stone like) 1/3 litre
added Eheim Substrat Pro (round ) - Biological Filter Media. 1 litre.

I left everything else alone (blue spong, Eheim Mech Pro Mechanical Filter Media with Spiral Shapes (about 1 litre)
already had 1/3 of litre of Eheim Substrat Pro in filter.
still have Eheim bioMech Mechanical (flat stone like) 1/3 litre in filter (to remove later)

This is mainly to replace my filter and have the right media ready for transfer.

It will take about six weeks for your new media to become well colonised by the bacteria.
