Reliable Heater For 10 Gallon

Can anybody recommend a brand of heater suitable for a 10 gallon to maintain a temperature of 26-28 degrees C.
I am paranoid about using my fairly old heater long term in case it breaks causing the tank to heat up killing my fish.

Any good brands such as Tetra or Hagen?

I've got a good little heater in my 14 gallon. It's a 'Hydor Theo' not sure wether you are familiar with them. Had mine about 10 months now, had no trouble with it whatsoever & it keeps my tank at a steady 27 degrees.

Other than that, the Hagen heaters are pretty decent.
